In the information distribution system, at least one information exchange center 102 positioned in a place where the transportation tool of the public transportation system is parked for a long period of time receives the information sent from a network 101 and transmits the information to a radio base station to which the transportation tool is movable when the transportation tool is parked in the information exchange center 102, the transportation tool transmits the information to an information station 103 when approaching one information station 103 established near a traveling route, and an information distribution network is achieved.
