At the system preparing and distributing magazines, authors A1 to A3 commissioned from an editor (E) prepares an information package including the content description (including a processing condition) of contents being prepared or conventional work and the arranging place of the contents. The editor (E) collects information from each authors A1 to An, constitutes them in a prescribed data form and then transfers it to a distributors D1 to D3. The distributor D1 to D3, based on the viewing environment (resolution, etc.) of viewers V1 to Vn in a distribution range, changes the information into a data form including a link part for retrieving suited contents to send to the viewers V1 to Vn.
