The music information server 10, receiving a call from the mobile phone 1, transmits the encryption contents key 1 (16) on the basis of the copyright information 18, the encrypted music data 17 and the specific ID1 (19) to the mobile phone 1, and the mobile phone 1 records the encrypted music data 17, copyright information 18 and the specific ID1 (19) to the memory card M.
