Abstract:
To provide an information guidance system that enables a user who do not understand a guidance voice to acquire guidance information without fail.SOLUTION: An acoustic signal SM is generated by synthesizing a guidance voice signal SV obtained by converting guidance information into an audible signal and a chord sound signal SC obtained by converting the guidance information into an inaudible signal, and a user having a terminal device MB can refer to the guidance information displayed on the terminal device MB to reliably acquire operation information of the transportation facility, departure/arrival information of a train, and the like by broadcasting the acoustic signal SM. In a case in which different acoustic signals SM1 and SM2 for each sound generation unit on the up and down sides of a platform are broadcast, the sound generation units broadcast the acoustic signals SM1 and SM2 that are the synthesized code sound signals SCc including the up and down guide information, and therefore, the user can refer to both the pieces of up and down guidance information on the terminal device MB, and can obtain the necessary information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
