Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information inquiry system with which a specification of information is quickly and efficiently performed, and the transfer of the information is safely performed.
SOLUTION: When a mobile radiotelephone dials a number 119 notice, the ID of the mobile radiotelephone and the number 119 notice are supplied to area representative command equipment 1A through a mobile telephone exchange 4. The area representative command equipment 1A encrypts the ID and sends it to a relaying center 2, then the relaying center 2 sends the ID encrypted to a positional information system after determining the positional information system to be retrieved from the ID. The positional information system returns positional information or the like to the relaying center 2, and the relaying center 2 retrieves control database 5 to discriminate whether the position shown by the positional information is under the control of the area representative command equipment, then sends information under control or the like to the area representative command equipment 1A when the positional information is under control. When the positional information is outside the control, information outside the control or the like is sent to the area representative command equipment 1A, then the area representative command equipment 1A transfers the ID to command equipment under control according to the instruction.
