To provide an information management system and a method for it comparing a request of an order receiving customer, a request of a temporary transfer source customer, and ability and the like of loaned engineer mutually for evaluating suitability between the order receiving customer and the transferred engineer and quickly searching an optimum transferred engineer for increase in satisfaction of the order receiving customer and the temporary transfer source customer, improvement in satisfaction and ability of the transferred engineer, securement of profit of the transfer source customer, and efficient use of the engineer as human resources.
This information management system is constructed of a computer network allowing mutual communication between respective sections E, S, and K and a database server DBS via a specific line L, a temporary transfer management means capable of inputting/outputting various information from/to the respective sections E, S, and K and the database server DBS and real-time sharing of the various information between them, an order receipt management means, a transferred engineer management means, a work result management means, and an operation management means. Information is mutually shared between the respective means for keeping the information up to date, and suitability information from the work management means is used for improving customer satisfaction and satisfaction of the transferred engineer.
