To provide an information measurement system and method, and a wind power system capable of reliably measuring various points to be measured with a sensor while omitting power supply wiring for the sensor.SOLUTION: An information measurement system 10 comprises: a sensor system 17 that includes a sensor for measuring data on a measurement target and that can be installed on the measurement target; and a moving body (drone) 18 that can move with respect to the measurement target. The moving body includes an energy supply unit 26 that supplies electromagnetic energy in a contactless manner. The sensor system includes: an energy receiving unit that receives the electromagnetic field energy from the energy supply unit; a power converting unit that converts the electromagnetic field energy received by the energy receiving unit into power and outputs the power to the sensor; a measurement unit equipped with the sensor driven by power from the power converting unit; and a data transmission unit that transmits data measured by the sensor to outside in a wireless manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
