Abstract:
To allow more useful information to be obtained by using a multi-spectral camera in a conventional information output device.SOLUTION: An information output device 10 comprises: an image acquisition unit 31 which acquires, as candidate images, three or more original images which are captured by a multi-spectral camera 90 capable of recording respective electromagnetic waves in a plurality of wavelength bands as images on a same optical axis and are mutually different in wavelength bands of electromagnetic waves to be recorded, or images based on the original images; a selection unit 34 which selects two or more images for use from among the three or more candidate images on the basis of a prescribed selection condition; an output information acquisition unit 35 which uses the two or more selected images for use to acquire output information; and an output unit 4 which outputs the output information. An electromagnetic wave to be recorded in at least one of the three or more original images is visible light, and electromagnetic waves to be recorded in at least two of the three or more original images are infrared light. By the information output device 10, more useful information can be obtained by using the multi-spectral camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
