Abstract:
To reduce a situation in which the image quality of a synthesized image synthesized from a group of pieces of image data imaged in synchronization is degraded.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes control means for controlling transfer of a plurality of pieces of image data based on a plurality of images captured synchronously at a plurality of timings by a plurality of imaging units, which are used for generating a virtual viewpoint image, and acquisition means for acquiring a load index indicating a degree of load applied to the transfer by the control means, and the control means suspends transfer of the plurality of pieces of image data based on the plurality of images captured synchronously at at least one timing among the plurality of pieces of image data in accordance with the load index acquired by the acquisition means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
