To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program for supporting creation of a medical document.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus acquires designation information for designating a plurality of derivation methods for deriving recording information to be recorded in at least one recording item related to a patient, applies, to the recording item, a derivation method selected according to the preset order of priority, of the plurality of derivation methods designated by the designation information, based on patient information on the patient and derives the recording information, and creates medical document data in which the derived recording information is recorded in the recording item.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
