Abstract:
To prevent contents of setting information from being updated based on wrong data when the setting information stored in an external server apparatus is acquired and edited.SOLUTION: A control unit 25 acquires, through a data transmitting and receiving unit 24, setting data corresponding to an order number input by a user from a plurality of pieces of setting data stored in a management server 20 serving as an external server apparatus. An edition file generating unit 23 generates an edition file by adding the order number to the acquired setting data stored in a setting data storing unit 28 to export the same. When receiving instructions to import the edition file to update contents of the setting data, if the order number input by the user is matched with the order number added to the edition file having the setting data whose contents is to be updated, a setting data updating unit 27 updates the contents of the setting data based on the edition file.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
