To support a user to recover from an occurring failure when the failure occurs in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a first communication unit, a first memory unit, and a first controller. The first communication unit is configured to be able to acquire failure diagnosis information of a vehicle. The first memory unit stores information on a plurality of services. The first controller is configured to select one or more services from the plurality of services stored in the first memory unit, based on the failure diagnosis information and on a priority evaluation item indicating an evaluation item for the services prioritized by a user.
