Abstract:
To provide an information processing center, etc., with which it is possible to suitably carry out diagnosis of battery abnormality that responds to a temperature change of the battery that is mounted to a vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided an information processing center capable of communicating with a vehicle. The information processing center comprises: a reception unit for receiving a state quantity of a battery from the vehicle that includes an internal resistance value, a temperature and a power storage rate of a battery mounted to the vehicle; a derivation unit for deriving, on the basis of the state quantity of the battery received by the reception unit, estimate resistance information in which a correspondence relationship between the temperature and the internal resistance value of the battery is estimated, when the internal resistance value of the battery received by the reception unit is greater than or equal to a prescribed resistance value; and a determination unit for determining presence of battery abnormality on the basis of the estimate resistance information derived by the derivation unit and degradation resistance information that indicates a correspondence relationship between the temperature and the internal resistance value in a degraded state of the battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
