To prevent wrong driving diagnosis.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: an acquisition unit that acquires travel information on the travel of a vehicle and information on computerized regulation display from a picked-up image of the regulation display picked up by a camera mounted on the vehicle; a pre-processing unit that, when computerization of the regulation display fails or the information has a defective part including an abnormal value, sets data of the defective part to successfully computerized information before or after the defective part; and a diagnosis unit that executes driving diagnosis of the vehicle for the regulation display based on the information on the computerized regulation display and the travel information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
