When the information processing server capable of communicating with an MFP through a network receives processing information of the MFP and user information of a user who instructed the MFP to execute processing (Step S101), it creates a processing history for each user (Step S102) based on the acquired processing information and the user information. It then determines whether the created processing history meets any one of the trigger conditions of the conditions regarding the processing history (Step S103). When it determines that the processing history meets the trigger condition (YES in Step S103), it notifies the user who instructed the processing of the presence of the application software associated with the trigger condition.
