To provide a technology to enhance interest of a user who registers his/her prediction to a service in which a plurality of users share their predictions about a competition result.SOLUTION: A server 14 stores a first user's prediction and a second user's prediction regarding a competition result. The server 14 obtains the result of the competition from a race result distributor 16. The server 14 determines the winner between the first user and second user based on the result of the competition.
