Abstract:
To propose an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program, which can accurately estimate the state of the other party.SOLUTION: In a communication support system, a terminal TA functioning as an information processing device has a stimulus recognition unit ST, a reaction prediction unit PR, a reaction recognition unit RE, and a state estimation unit ES. The stimulus recognition unit ST recognizes words and actions of a speaker that stimulate the other party in a conversation. The reaction prediction unit PR recognizes a reaction of the other party expected to a stimulus as an expected reaction. The reaction recognition unit RE recognizes a reaction of the other party actually performed to the stimulus as an actual reaction, and the state estimation unit ES estimates the state of the other party based on differences between the expected reaction and the actual reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
