To provide an information processing device capable of providing more convenient content, an information processing method, and an information processing program.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises an extraction unit, an arrangement unit, and a provision unit. The extraction unit extracts a portion that meets specific conditions among a plurality of portions for which a plurality of users have designated highlighted display in a piece of content as a specific portion. The arrangement unit arranges a link which transitions to the specific portion extracted by the extraction unit in the content. The provision unit provides the content with the link arranged by the arrangement unit.
