To allow for determining deviation in user behavior.SOLUTION: An information processing device disclosed herein comprises an acquisition unit and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires group information indicative of multiple groups obtained by categorizing multiple users on the basis of given criteria, and behavior information indicative of behavior of one user belonging to one group of the multiple groups. The determination unit determines whether or not the behavior of the one user is deviant behavior deviating from general behavior regarded as highly common among users belonging to the one group on the basis of the group information and the behavior information of the one user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
