To provide a technique for encouraging a participant of a course to take on a desirable behavior to pass a test.SOLUTION: A course distribution system 1 distributes a course related to a specific test to a terminal 2 owned by a specific participant. The terminal 2 is a device to be used for the participant to participate in a target course. The course distribution system 1 comprises a server 3, a server 4 and a server 5. The server 3 is, for example, used for managing data about a plurality of participants of courses of respective tests. The server 4 is, for example, used for processing requests from the terminal 2, storing data to the server 3 and processing requests to the server 5. The server 5 is, for example, used for generating a score prediction model of a target test and predicting an effect of learning using the score prediction model.
