Abstract:
To guide a user to a store in a time zone desired by a service store.SOLUTION: An information processing device has a storage unit and a control unit. The storage unit stores visit history information including visit ratio information indicating the rate of a user's visit number to a transmission number of promotional information on the service store to a user terminal for each time zone. The control unit calculates a required transmission number of the promotional information, based on the visit ratio information, and the time zone and the number in which the service store desires the user's visit. Then, the control unit transmits the number of pieces of promotional information in accordance with the required transmission number to the user terminal. Or, the control unit transmits promotional proposition information which proposes the number of pieces of promotional information to be transmitted to the user terminal to a store terminal owned by the service store.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
