Abstract:
To provide an information processing device with which it is possible to objectively assess the affinity of Japanese sake with dishes.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device for assessing the affinity of Japanese sake with dishes, said device comprising: a storage unit in which are stored a first Japanese sake taste value that indicates the strength of a first Japanese sake taste that the relevant Japanese sake to be assessed has, and a first dish taste value that indicates the strength of a first dish taste that the relevant dish to be assessed has; a calculation unit that calculates the difference between the first Japanese sake taste value stored in the storage unit and the first dish taste value stored in the storage unit, as a first difference; and an assessment unit that assesses the affinity on the basis of the first difference calculated by the calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
