PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of performing appropriate wave height prediction.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes means for accepting input of temporal progress of each wave height displacement at a plurality of observation points measured by a plurality of observation systems spatially distributed around a target point, and prediction means for predicting a wave height displacement at the target point using the temporal progress of each wave height displacement at the plurality of observation points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
