To provide an information processing device etc. that can eliminate time and effort used for the convocation and training of panelists with respect to a sensory evaluation of food and/or drink.SOLUTION: In an embodiment of the present invention, when physical property data and amplitude data of food and/or drink (with reference to amplitude values obtained by processing periodical waveform data produced by lining up, in time series, waveform data obtained by a physical property measurement of the food and/or drink using a prescribed frequency analysis method) are inputted, a result of sensory evaluation of the food and/or drink as a prediction object can be predicted based on the physical property data and amplitude data of the food and/or drink as the prediction object using a machine learning model for outputting the result of the sensory evaluation of the food and/or drink.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
