Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of suitably suppressing communication with a device disguised as a base station.SOLUTION: An information processing device according to the present disclosure is mounted on a vehicle and performs radio communication according to the LTE (Long-Term Evolution) standard. In the information processing device, a control unit transmits a request for updating a tracking area where the vehicle is located, to a first base station of the tracking area where the vehicle is located. When a signal for rejecting the request is received from the first base station on the ground that the information processing device cannot be identified, the control unit determines whether or not a predetermined condition is satisfied. When the predetermined condition is satisfied, the control unit determines that the first base station is a fake base station and prohibits communication with the first base station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
