To enable a user using a mobile body to recognize in the mobile body an operation state of electrical device installed in a building.SOLUTION: In an information processing system including an information processing device mounted on a vehicle and a management device (such as a server device) connected via a building and a communication network, an information processing device 1 comprises: a user action recognition part 15 that recognizes an action of a user of a mobile body; an operation state acquisition part 17 that acquires an operation state of an electrical device installed in the building; and an information provision part 18 that displays the operation spate of the electrical device on a display part installed in the mobile body. When a specific action estimated by the user action recognition part 15 that the user starts traveling of the mobile body is detected, the operation state of the electrical device installed in the building by the operation state acquisition part 17 is acquired, and the operation state acquired is displayed by the information provision part 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
