To associate the action of a user in a closed space with a use object utilized by the user with good accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device 40, comprising: an ID acquisition unit 431 for acquiring a cart ID corresponding to a cart utilized in a store and a customer ID corresponding to a customer utilizing the cart; a storage unit 42 in which the card ID and the customer ID are stored in association; an image acquisition unit 432 for acquiring an imaged image in which an identification mark corresponding to the card ID is imaged by an imaging device that images the inside of the store; a card ID specification unit 433 for specifying the cart ID from the identification mark imaged in the imaged image; and an action specification unit 434 for specifying an action ID corresponding to the action in the store of the person imaged in the imaged image.
