To provide an improved information processing device, a program and an information processing method.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a communication unit and a control unit. The control unit determines a vehicle of a transmission destination of a signal that instructs to rescue a first user from among a plurality of vehicles on the basis of the position information of the first user whose physical condition abnormality is detected, and position information of a plurality of vehicles in which a plurality of doctors exist, respectively, and determines a medicine to be applied to the first user from among a plurality of medicines on the basis of the position information of the first user, disease information of the first user, position information of the plurality of medicines, and efficacy information of the plurality of medicines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
