To provide an information processing device capable of reducing a possibility that information with high error possibility is distributed as congestion information of a facility, an information processing method, and a program.SOLUTION: A management server 10 being an information processing device in a toilet vacant seat management system comprises: a storage unit 316 which is installed in a toilet private room of a toilet facility and stores use information indicating whether a toilet private room is being used on the basis of detection results transmitted via a gateway 22 from detection devices 21-1 to 21-n detecting whether there is a user using a toilet private room; a determination unit 314 which determines whether the use information is acquired from the detection devices 21-1 to 21-n within a prescribed time; a congestion degree derivation unit 313 which derives congestion information indicating a congestion state of the facility on the basis of the use information; and an output unit 315 which outputs congestion information according to the determination results by the determination means 314.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
