PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of measurement of a heartbeat or the like.SOLUTION: Information processing connected to a measuring apparatus for measuring the movement of a human body acquires measurement data from the measuring apparatus, stores reference data being data obtained by measuring the movement of the human body when a subject to be a measurement target is in a rest state, determines a scale factor on the basis of the reference data, and performs wavelet transformation of the measurement data on the basis of the scale factor determined by determination means to solve the problem by measuring the movement of the human body.
