To provide an information processing device, an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program that implement a mechanism that restricts a patient from buying ingestion restriction objects and is easy for the patient to use.SOLUTION: In an ingestion restriction object information system 1, an ingestion restriction object information device 10 includes: a dialog processing unit 31 for receiving a purchase desired product from a user; a storage unit 20 for storing electronic medical record information on the user; and a determination unit 32 for determining whether the purchase desired product is the ingestion restriction object of the user based on the electronic medical record information stored in the storage unit and the purchase desired product from the user received by the dialog processing unit 31.
