Abstract:
To improve inspection accuracy when visually inspecting an inspection object using a learning model.SOLUTION: A symmetrical part image is extracted from an image for learning that is obtained by imaging the same type of an object as an inspection object, and the symmetrical part image is halved in a symmetrical direction to generate divided images, the divided images being further inverted to generate inverted images. One of the divided images and an inverted image from the other of the divided images obtained by inversion are acquired as teaching data for one side of the symmetrical part of the inspection object. Also, the other of the divided images and an inverted image from the one of the divided images obtained by inversion are acquired as teaching data for the other side of the symmetrical part of the inspection object. Then, machine learning is executed on the basis of the acquired teaching data, and a learning model used for the visual inspection of the inspection object is generated thereby.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
