PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a discount method which can widely spread a system for executing discount processing of a carpool vehicle in accordance with the number of passengers.SOLUTION: A charge discount system includes an information exchange server S and a central processing unit CS. A registration part 202 of the information exchange server S registers a user who inputs first information as a first user who rides in a first vehicle in the case that the first information instructing to register a ride in the first vehicle is inputted in a first website which can be logged in by using one account allocated to one user. A discount part 212 of the central processing unit CS executes discount processing the number of first users of the charge of a toll road of the first vehicle in the case that the number of the first users is two ore more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
