To provide processing for identifying a geometric condition being suitable for color evaluation in measuring.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus acquires first reflection characteristics data representing reflection characteristics of a first object, acquires second reflection characteristics data representing reflection characteristics of a second object, derives a color difference between the first object and the second object in a plurality of geometric conditions on the basis of the first reflection characteristics data and the second reflection characteristics data, and identifies a geometric condition being suitable for color evaluation on the basis of the derived color difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
