The information processing device comprises an operation information acquiring means for acquiring train operation information composed of a plurality of lines; a train set information acquiring means for acquiring the train set information of a plurality of train sets; an attribute setting means for determining whether "appropriation" can be set or not as an attribute of a station of the line regarding the station related to the operation information based on the operation information and the train set information, and for setting "appropriation" as the attribute of the line station when the "appropriation" is determined settable; and an allocation means for assigning a line appropriated to a line where "appropriation" is set as the attribute of the line station regarding the station related to the operation information in the attribute setting means.
