Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program which can reduce a burden on a person in charge of human resource for contract update of a fixed-term contract worker.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises an acquisition part and a determination part. The acquisition part acquires the contract history of a prescribed fixed-term employee corresponding to a fixed-term contract worker among the plurality of employees from a database storing contract information of each of the plurality of employees. The determination part calculates the total contract period of the prescribed fixed-term employee on the basis of the acquired contract history to determine whether or not the calculated total contract period exceeds a prescribed threshold.
