PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of estimating a position attitude of an object by using a feature extracted based on a measurement model of the object.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 100 includes: a measurement model generated by measuring a shape of a target object; shape analysis means 104 for analyzing a difference between the shape of the target object and the shape of the measurement model based on the feature extracted based on the measurement model; and reliability calculating means 105 for calculating reliability of the extracted feature based on the result of analysis by the shape analysis means. The information processing apparatus 100 estimates a position attitude of the target object based on the extracted features and the calculated reliability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
