To carry out credit administration by using individual accounting information with high reliability to improve accuracy of credit administration by a third party such as a financial institution.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus has a storage unit 60 for storing user information having individual accounting information of a user and user identification information and tax declaration representative information in association with each other, and a communication unit 30 for allowing a predetermined third party to browse the individual accounting information and for receiving information based on a result of credit administration from the third party.
