To upgrade information by a browsing person associating displayed data with other data in an information processing apparatus, and to create a new search function and a learning function.
In data having a unique identifier, information A is associated with information B. The other database A stores a result of the association that which part of the information A is associated with which part of the information B. Since a third person performs the association freely, characteristics of the person performing the association and characteristics of the information B are also stored. Furthermore, a database B storing the record of a refusal of an association and database C capable of evaluating the information B objectively are used. By such a configuration, in spite of the lightness of respective databases, since the respective databases have high density information, the information processing apparatus shows a high level search effect.
