Abstract:
To provide an information processing device capable of improving product quality by obtaining mounting point support information as an information source.SOLUTION: In a screen printing device, a mounting board manufacturing system is provided with board inspection means for inspecting mounting points MP of a board 17 after printing process in which the board 17 is subjected to printing with solder paste with the board 17 on which components are mounted on mounting points MP (MP 1, MP 2, etc.) being supported with a plurality of support pins 103a. In an information processing device provided with the mounting board manufacturing system, mounting point support information 120 including a relative positional relationship between the mounting points MP and a support pins 103a is created and stored, and a learning model section provided with the information processing device is made to learn with a data set in which the mounting point support information and inspection results by the board inspection means are associated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
