To improve convenience in a case where electronic money is cashed.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus performs: first transmission processing that transmits information for an automatic teller machine to receive an operation, in which information for confirming an identical person of a user of an account is input, when an operation to withdraw money in cash from a balance of the account being the account of a service provided by the information processing apparatus, in which account the identical person is not yet confirmed, is performed in the automatic teller machine; and processing to regard the account as a personal-identified account and to permit the automatic teller machine to disburse money from the balance of the account, when personal identification based on personal identification information acquired by the automatic teller machine is successful.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
