Abstract:
To provide an information processing program capable of solving a problem that, at each sales floor of a retail store, since various products of different types and sizes are stored on shelves, customer's actions, such as picking up an item from a shelf or scanning an item, vary depending on the type and size of the item, in a system where customers scan products themselves, it was difficult or impossible to maintain the accuracy of detecting scan omissions depending on the product depending on goods.SOLUTION: An information processing program causes a computer to execute a series of processing of: generating skeleton information of people staying at the store from the captured images; detecting specific actions of people on products using the skeleton information; identifying an area where the person is staying when a specific action is detected in the store using position information of the person in the image; identifying preset information associated with the identified area; and changing parameters for evaluating a person's behavior on goods on the basis of, the specified preset information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
