Abstract:
To provide an information processing server and a system for processing information for selling and buying commodities that make it easy to get consent feeling from a user when performing discount from a commodity price of a commodity according to a purchase application from the user under one condition that the user has performed a taking-up application of an article.SOLUTION: An information processing server includes: environment providing means for providing user interface environment to a user's information terminal via a network; purchase application acceptance means for accepting a purchase application; taking-up application acceptance means for accepting a taking-up application; and sales price derivation means for deriving a sales price of a commodity with a received purchase application. When the purchase application of the commodity, as well as, the taking-up application are accepted, the sales price derivation means subtracts a discount amount determined regardless of a condition of the article, from the commodity price derived from the commodity information of the commodity and serving as a base of the sales price of the commodity, and determines a price obtained by the subtraction to be the sales price.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
