Abstract:
To provide a system and method for processing information, which improve efficiency in creating and/or checking contract documents.SOLUTION: An information processing system provided herein consists of terminals and a server connected via a communication network, the server comprising: a storage unit storing analyzed relationships between vectors obtained by converting contract terms and term type identification information indicative of types of the terms, or term metadata for the terms; a conversion unit for converting terms of interest of a contract of interest into vectors; and a prediction unit configured to use the converted vectors as an input to predict and output term type identification information for identifying types of the terms of interest, or term metadata for the terms of interest, based on the analyzed relationships.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
