Abstract:
To provide an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program, capable of enhancing motivation for jobs of a service provider in a facility as well as motivation for actions in which a user evaluates the service provider.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: a terminal detection processing section for detecting a provider terminal which exists in a first prescribed range from a first user terminal used by a first user in a facility, and which is held by a service provider preliminarily associated with the facility; a reception processing section for receiving from the first user, an operation for transmitting a first cash value from a first user account storing a cash value possessed by the first user to a provider account storing the cash value possessed by the service provider holding the provider terminal detected by the terminal detection processing section; and a transmission processing section for executing processing for transmitting the first cash value from the first user account to the provider account.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
