To provide a route search technique convenient for both a store side and a user.
An information processing system of the present embodiment includes dividing means and searching means. The dividing means divides the map of stores into plural areas. The searching means searches for a guide route for the tour guidance of plural via-points including displayed places where commodities to be purchased by a customer are displayed, for each area divided by the dividing means.
