To provide an information processing system, etc. providing, via a user support data generation section, user support data including an advice of particularly improving a blood pressure state, an alert, transition data, and the like based on measurement data.SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 has a management server 100. The information processing system receives measurement data via a network from a measuring device worn by a user at prescribed periods and generates biometric data and user support data from the measurement data. The information processing system includes a biometric data generation section of executing a prescribed calculation of the measurement data and generating the biometric data, and a user support data generation section for generating transition data generated based on the biometric data. The biometric data is a result of a prescribed thinning correction of the biometric data. The biometric data is at least one of blood pressure information, heartbeat information, blood oxygen level information, maximum oxygen intake information, respiration frequency and body temperature information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
