To provide an information processing system that easily grasps an operator's feeling.SOLUTION: A call center support system 1 comprises a communication channel 2, a user telephone 3, an operator telephone 4, a private branch exchange 5, a support server 10, an operator terminal 20, and a manager terminal 30. The support server includes a control unit comprising: a voice acquisition unit for acquiring voice of a conversation between an operator O1 and a user U1 performed in a call center; a text generation unit for generating a text showing the conversation on the basis of the acquired voice; a feeling determination unit that on the basis of the acquired voice, determines a feeling at the time of uttering the voice; and a text display unit that displays the generated text and displays a text showing a conversation in a period in which a specific feeling is determined, in a display mode corresponding to the feeling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
