PURPOSE: To improve a reading or writing speed of a file from/in a data base system in each information processor with respect to an information processing system connecting plural information processors to the data base system for supplying data to the information processors through a communication network.
CONSTITUTION: The data base system (server 102) supplies data to other information processors (clients 101) through the communication network (LAN 103). In the case of reading out or writing data from/in a file stored in the server 102 from a certain client 101, a logical communication line is opened between the server 102 and the client 101 at the opening processing of the file and disconnects the line at the time of closing the file. The reading/writing operation of files is executed by utilizing the opened communication line provided at the opening.
