This information processor for managing the schedule of one or more events is provided with a storage part for storing the schedule of an event; a start date registration part for registering a start date to start an application by associating it with the event; a start date monitoring part for monitoring the registered start date, and for deciding whether or not the start date has arrived; an application start decision part for deciding whether to start the application when it is decided that the start date has arrived by the start date monitoring part; and an application start part for starting the application when it is decided that the application should be started by the application start decision part.
